Feast Fast and Flourish ("we", "us", "our") operates the Feast, Fast & Flourish membership service. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this notice — meaning we decide how and why your data is processed. Contact us at support@feastfastflourish.com.

• Account details — name, email, password (stored only as a secure hash), and optional phone number. Used to create and secure your account and communicate with you. Legal basis: contract performance.
• Program intake — your goals, motivation, starting and goal weight, dietary preferences, referral source, and SMS consent choice. Used to personalize your program and assign your coach. Legal basis: contract performance and your consent.
• Tracking data you log — meals and photos, training, cardio, recovery, weight, water intake, and notes. Used to provide the tracking, charts, recipes, and coach accountability features. Legal basis: contract performance.
• Support messages — anything you send through our contact form or by email. Used to respond to you. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Usage and device data — basic telemetry such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited. Used for security, fraud prevention, and product improvement. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Paddle (our Merchant of Record) — we never see or store your full card number.

If you opt in at sign-up, we may send you text messages about your progress and program updates. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

• Service providers — hosting, database, analytics, and email delivery providers that process data on our behalf under contract.
• Paddle — our Merchant of Record, for the sale of the membership, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
• Your coach — the coach assigned to you can see your tracking logs and profile so they can keep you accountable.
• Professional advisers — legal and accounting advisers where needed.
• Authorities — where required by law.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time (for example, for SMS messages). To exercise any of these rights, email support@feastfastflourish.com. We respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls that limit who can see your information.

We use essential cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and make the Service work. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser settings, but signing in will stop working without the essential ones.

We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on this page with a new "last updated" date.
