These Terms & Conditions are between you and Feast Fast and Flourish ("we", "us", "our"), the seller and operator of the Feast, Fast & Flourish membership service (the "Service"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms.
Feast, Fast & Flourish is a weight-loss and fitness tracking membership that includes daily meal, training, cardio and weight tracking, 10-day phase charts, AI recipe suggestions matched to your dietary preferences, shareable progress reports, and assignment of a real coach for accountability.
The Service provides general fitness and nutrition information and tracking tools. It is not medical advice, and your coach is not a medical professional. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any diet, fasting, or exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it updated, and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must not misuse the Service, including by:
We retain all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including software, content, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your membership plan. You grant us a limited license to host and process the content you add (such as meal photos and logs) solely to provide the Service to you.
The membership is $199 per month, beginning after a 7-day free trial. Your card is collected at sign-up; unless you cancel before the trial ends, your first payment is charged automatically on day 8 and renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change or be discontinued over time.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When your access ends, your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period; contact us before cancelling if you want an export of your logs.
The Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill), and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
